Web Summit Lisbon 2026 Side Events/No conference pass needed

Separate registration

Web Summit Week Events Without a Conference Pass

You do not need to buy a conference pass for every independent event happening in Lisbon that week. This shortlist includes only listings for which no-pass access has been confirmed. You still need the event’s own registration and, where applicable, organizer approval.

How this guide works

How events are selected

An event is included only when the conference-pass field is explicitly marked not required and an organizer source is recorded. Missing restrictions are not treated as confirmation.

Before you register

  • Register with the side-event organizer even when entry is free.
  • Apply for a pitch slot separately from attendee admission.
  • Bring the event confirmation and check the venue before travelling.

Live directory selection

Confirmed no-pass events

Free attendance, a pitch ticket and a VIP ticket are different options. Compare them before applying; no conference pass does not mean every ticket type is free.

Planning answers

Frequently asked questions

How can I pitch to investors without a Web Summit ticket?

Apply directly to an independent pitch event listed here. Enchant events do not require a Web Summit conference pass; attendance registration, pitch applications and separate VIP tickets have their own conditions.

Are these official Web Summit events?

No. This is an independent guide. Independent side events are organized separately and are not presented as official Web Summit activities.

Does free registration include a pitch or VIP access?

Not automatically. Free attendee admission is different from a presentation slot or a VIP ticket. Check the event’s live ticket options.
